The Summer of AI is wrapping up: what changes in your Tekmatix account
The free period for our advanced AI features is ending, rebilling is being switched on for SaaS plans from Monday 31 August, and all usage pricing now lives on one page: tekmatix.com/rebilling.

What was free, and what happens now
Over the Summer of AI we opened up the advanced AI tools inside Tekmatix at no charge so people could play with them properly. That promotional period is now closing.
From Monday, those features move onto standard usage pricing. You will see a banner inside your account from Tuesday confirming the same thing.
There are two ways to pay for AI in Tekmatix, and you choose:
Pay-per-use. You top up a wallet, and you spend what you spend. No monthly commitment. If you use no AI this month, you pay nothing for AI this month.
An AI Employee plan. A flat monthly fee with generous allowances built in. AI Employee Growth is USD $99/month. AI Employee Super is USD $149/month and is effectively unlimited on the tools most people lean on hardest.

The Summer of AI is wrapping up: what changes in your Tekmatix account
The free period for our advanced AI features is ending, rebilling is being switched on for SaaS plans from Monday 31 August, and all usage pricing now lives on one page: tekmatix.com/rebilling.
If you have never touched AI Studio, Ask AI or the AI Employee tools, nothing you are doing today suddenly costs more. Read on anyway, because there is a good chance you have been sitting on features you did not know you had.
What was free, and what happens now
Over the Summer of AI we opened up the advanced AI tools inside Tekmatix at no charge so people could play with them properly. That promotional period is now closing.
From Monday, those features move onto standard usage pricing. You will see a banner inside your account from Tuesday confirming the same thing.
There are two ways to pay for AI in Tekmatix, and you choose:
Pay-per-use. You top up a wallet, and you spend what you spend. No monthly commitment. If you use no AI this month, you pay nothing for AI this month.
An AI Employee plan. A flat monthly fee with generous allowances built in. AI Employee Growth is USD $99/month. AI Employee Super is USD $149/month and is effectively unlimited on the tools most people lean on hardest.
Unless you have upgraded to Growth or Super, you are on pay-per-use by default. For a lot of accounts that is genuinely the cheaper option, so do not upgrade out of panic. Work out your numbers first.
What rebilling actually means
Rebilling is the mechanism that passes usage costs through to your account: AI, SMS, calls, emails and premium workflow actions. It is being turned on across SaaS plans and bulk-applied on Monday
Practically, this means:
You top up a wallet inside your account under Settings > Billings
Usage draws down from that wallet as you go
You can set your top-up amount and auto-recharge settings yourself
Every transaction is visible in the same place, so you can see exactly where the money went
Nothing is hidden and nothing is estimated. You can watch it tick.
What things actually cost
The full rate card is on the rebilling page, but here is the shape of it so you are not imagining worst-case numbers:
Email is the cheapest channel on the platform by a wide margin. USD $0.001 per email, so a $5 top-up sends 5,000 emails.
AI Studio and Ask AI run at USD $3.165 per 1,000,000 tokens on pay-per-use.
Content AI is USD $0.135 per 1,000 words and $0.09 per image.
Reviews AI is USD $0.15 per review response.
Conversation AI is USD $0.03 per message, and Voice AI is $0.03 per minute.
Premium triggers and actions (webhooks, Slack, Google Sheets, ChatGPT steps in your workflows) are USD $0.015 per action.
Funnel AI includes 1,000 prompts per day on every plan, including pay-per-use.
Calls and SMS are priced by the second and by the segment, and rates vary by country, so check the tables on the rebilling page for yours. Phone numbers carry a small monthly charge per number.

Work out your own number before you decide anything
There is an email usage estimator on the rebilling page already. Put in your list size and how often you email, and it will tell you what you are looking at per month and per year. Most people are pleasantly surprised.
We are adding a broader pricing calculator to that page shortly so you can model AI and messaging the same way.
What we would do if we were you
Go to Settings > Billings and set your wallet top-up to an amount you are comfortable with.
Run your email volume through the estimator so you have a real baseline.
Have a look at the AI features you have never opened. AI Studio, Ask AI and the AI Employee tools are the ones most accounts have never switched on, and they are the ones that save the most hours.
If you are running conversation or voice AI at any real volume, compare pay-per-use against the $99 Growth plan. There is a break-even point and it arrives sooner than people expect.
