Kajabi’s pricing increases significantly as your contact list grows. Plus their pricing plans come with specific limits on contacts, customers, and administrative users.
Their contact limits on the Basic Plan are up to 10,000 contacts, on the Growth Plan up to 25,000 contacts and on their Pro Plan, up to 100,000 contacts.
If you approach or exceed these contact limits, Kajabi provides notifications and a 30-day grace period to manage your contacts. During this time, you can either upgrade your plan or remove unnecessary contacts to comply with your current plan's limits.
Failure to address this within the grace period may result in restricted account access.
For admin user limits, there is only 1 user on the Basic Plan, 10 admin users on the Growth Plan and 25 on the Pro Plan.
While Kajabi doesn't charge extra for sending marketing emails, exceeding your plan's contact or customer limits may necessitate an upgrade to a higher-tier plan, which would involve additional costs.
