With our latest feature, Product Selection per Store, you now have complete control over which products show up in each of your Tekmatix stores.
What’s New in Tekmatix?
With the new Product Selection per Store feature, you can customize your inventory and make sure the right products are visible to the right customers. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
1. The "Include in Online Store" Toggle
Now, when you manage products across your stores, you have a simple yet powerful toggle called "Include in Online Store."
Enabled: Your product will appear in the store’s inventory and be available for sale.
Disabled: The product is hidden from the store and won't be listed, even if the store is active.
This toggle allows you to hand-pick which products are visible to customers in each store, giving you the ability to focus on your most relevant inventory for each audience.
2. Bulk Actions to Simplify Product Management
We know time is money, which is why we’ve added bulk actions to help you manage products more efficiently.
Select multiple products at once and toggle their visibility across different stores in a matter of seconds. No more manual updates for every single product!
3. Seamless Store and Product Integration
When you create a new store in Tekmatix, products that have the "Include in Online Store" toggle enabled will automatically appear in the new store’s product list. It’s seamless and automated—no need to manually adjust your inventory every time you launch a new store.
4. Smart Search and Filters for Easy Navigation
You can also search by product name or filter by collections to quickly find and manage the products you want to feature in each store. We’ve made navigating your inventory quick and efficient, so you can focus on what matters most: running your business.
How to Use this Feature
Ready to take advantage of the new product selection feature? It’s simple to get started:
Navigate to the Websites & Funnels tab, head to Stores > Select Store > Products.
Use the Toggle to Control Product Visibility: For each product, you’ll find the "Include in Online Store" toggle. Simply enable or disable as needed.
Bulk Actions: Want to change visibility for several products? Use the bulk actions tool to update multiple products at once.
Search & Filter: Use the search bar or filters to find products by name or collection, then manage them all in one place.
Key Points to Remember
If the "Include in Online Store" setting is disabled, the product will not appear for inclusion or exclusion in any store.
Newly created stores will only show products with the "Include in Online Store" setting enabled.
Store owners can visit product pages directly for edits by clicking on individual products in this section.
