Project Manager at Tekmatix (Tech Migrations & Services)

📌About the Role:

At Tekmatix, we provide ‘done-for-you’ tech set-up and migration services for our clients to help them achieve success on our platform.

These projects can be as small as moving their contact lists from another email marketing platform, into their new Tekmatix account; right the way through to large-scale account migrations of hundreds of courses, automations, checkouts, forms and website page from multiple platforms into Tekmatix, and mapping the clients tens of thousands of contacts to all of the different products that they purchased.

We also provide ongoing tech support services on demand, which could range from a simple funnel set-up for a customer to an entire website and multi-product rebuild.

We are looking for a highly experienced, tech-savvy Project Manager to lead these in-house ‘tech set-up and migration’ services and ensure their smooth running and successful delivery.

You MUST speak fluent GHL/HighLevel and have a good working knowledge of platforms like ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Thinkific, Kartra, and other general business software, as many of our clients are migrating from these platforms to Tekmatix, and thus you will need to know how their existing set-ups there can translate into Tekmatix. 

This role is NOT for generalist PMs. 

This is a client-facing, tech-focused, hands-on Project Manager who loves building positive client relationships, can manage many moving parts, is incredible at admin, loves details, is a bit of a perfectionist and ultimately a DOER.

This role will manage our in-house technical team, who will conduct the work tasks; but you will be responsible for ensuring that those team members are assigned, managed and monitored daily to deliver accurate, on-time and on-budget completion of the project deliverables. 

You’ll be the main point of contact for service and migration clients, leading the scoping, quoting, task assigning, and deadline-keeping across all deliverables. 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

➡️Scoping and quoting migration/service projects with potential and current clients

Running discovery and handover calls with clients

➡️Translating existing tech setups into Tekmatix for client migration projects 

➡️Managing a team of Teksperts and devs, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality delivery and deliverable fulfilment by the tech team

➡️Tracking milestones, sending invoices, and ensuring payments are received at each milestone before each stage of work continues

➡️Managing client communications every 2-3 business days throughout the project lifecycle to keep the customer informed of the project progress 

➡️Maintaining and evolving internal project management SOPs to improve project workflows, systems and outcomes

📌 You’ll Need To Have:

➡️Minimum 3+ years of experience using GHL / HighLevel (must be able to scope projects, pricing, build and troubleshoot inside it to effectively mange our projects)

➡️Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Thinkific, and others to be able to ‘translate’ existing client set-ups into Tekmatix

➡️Demonstrated experience managing tech platform migration and tech setup projects

➡️Confidence with quoting, client invoicing, and project scoping

➡️Experience leading small tech teams (assigning tasks, reviewing work, ensuring quality delivery)

➡️Strong communication, boundary-setting, and expectation-management skills with clients and staff

➡️Reliable internet, timezone flexibility, and obsession with organised admin and delivery outcomes

💼 Working Conditions:

➡️Casual contract paid on an hourly rate (plus Super if in Australia)

➡️Flexible, part-time hours depending on project workload (estimated 10 hours per week MINIMUM) but increases with large projects.

➡️All staff use our ‘TimeDoctor’ time tracker.

➡️Fully remote, and can be done from any timezone, but must have consistent availability to meet project deadlines

➡️Have worked for or with GHL directly, a GHL white-label platform or GHL support agency

➡️Are familiar with Tekmatix (even better if you’re already a user)Have experience training, coaching or onboarding business owners
