How would one company client pay to enroll a dozen employees as students?
There are many ways to sell and enroll students from businesses/B2B and corporates.

You can create multiple 'offers' for products on TekMatix, that for instance could be broken down like this:
Offer 1: Individual price per person
Offer 2: 12months access for up to 50 emplaoyees
Offer 3: 12months access for up to 100 employees
Offer 4: Monthly subscription of $xxxx for unlimited employees
By setting up offers, the client can pay electronically.
However, many B2B deals are done by contract and invoice.
Either way, you'd get the names of the employees and upload them as a csv and then automatically enroll them to the course(s) paid for, by tags, workflows or manual 'grant offer access'.

How do I setup a monthly payment option for coaching services in TekMatix?
First create your coaching program as a course in 'sites and courses > products.
Then set the pricing to 'monthly recurring' (in offers and then payments > products).
Make your lessons in the course the dates, times and zoom calls etc.
Then create an automation/workflow that will check in with your students regularly.
Does TekMatix connect with Xero?
At the moment there is no direct Xero integration.
However, we will be an official app in Zapier withi the next 2-3 weeks; so you'll be able to zap actions between TekMatix and Xero using zapier.
How to add course bundles? Is there any option for that?

Do I need to have a paid Zoom account if I want to hold live classes/webinar via the platform?
Yes! You will need to have a paid zoom account to have a big number of people joining your webinar or for calls over 40 minutes. What TekMatix can do on our end is to house your webinar landing pages and maybe email automation for your invitees.
Do I need external video hosting?
TekMatix hosts all of your videos directly inside your account. You do not need to pay for any other external video hosting tools or platforms! TekMatix covers all of that for you. Just go to: sites and courses > products, then create unlimited products and add unlimited video content!
How do I connect my Wordpress website to TekMatix?

What if I already have a website?
Your TekMatix account would just be a subdomain of your main domain, eg: courses.yourwebsitesite.com.
This is called a ‘CNAME’ and is very easy to do, and doesn't impact, touch or influence your main website domain in any way whatsoever.

Can we host free products on TekMatix?
You host your free lead magnets and any type of free or paid product on TekMatix! Once youve done that, you can create just a simple opt-in form under 'forms'; or a sexy landing page under 'funnels' with an optin form embedded. Then they get their emails and automatic access granted from a 'workflow' that is triggered by the form being submitted.
With TekMatix , can I do what I do in Click funnels, GoDaddy webpage, Podia create course and have my product as an Affiliate product?
You can definitely create courses on TekMatix. TekMatix replaces any learning lamagement system or course reation platform you may have. It also fully eplaces ClickFunnels and has all (and more) features that ClickFunnels has. TekMatix is also your entire website and can host multiple website domains on your one site. You will still need to own your domain, but you wont need a wordpress website builder or host for instance. The affiliate option is still in development currently but we hope not too far away.

Do you use Interact for course quizzes, lead generation quizzes, or both?
Basis quizzes can be done under ‘Surveys’ and you can also create conditional surveys with conditional flows - all of which then can filter respondents down different workflows (email automation pathways) based on their results.
