Tekspert (Customer Onboarding, Customer Support & GHL-Based Tech Expert)

Location: Remote Work From Home

Hours: Part time or fulltime available (reliability critical)

Reports To: COO/CTO and Project Manager

About the Role:


We are looking for client onboarding and tech support superstars to join our team of 'Teksperts' at Tekmatix. 

This role REQUIRES getting on zoom calls with clients to help them onboard and get their accounts set up on the Tekmatix platform (built on top of a GHL HighLevel base); following our internal onboarding SOP; as well as managing customer support tickets, providing customer tech education, running support calls with customers and running tech training calls.

You MUST have extensive experience with and be an EXPERT on GHL, GoHighLevel based software (preferably GHL Certified).

Tekmatix is built on top of GHL, but has a number of extra feature API add-ons.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and EXPERT level colleagues to work in our team LONG TERM, permanently, full-time or part-time as a "Client Onboarding, Tech Support and Tech Support Officer" (Tekspert) for our GoHighLevel (GHL) SaaS software (Tekmatix).

We want somebody LONG TERM, PERMANENT - so please do NOT apply if you are only looking for something that is temporary. 

This is a customer-focussed tech support role that will largely be spent doing:

- Customer demo calls to our potential SaaS customers

- Client onboarding calls to help clients get their SaaS accounts set up and running as per our SOP

- Tech support calls to help clients set up and use our platform features to their full advantage

- Everyday tech support and customer tech support 

- Running daily group training calls where you will teach clients in small groups how to use particular features

We require a long-term, permanent  member of our team to be responsible for:

- Software demo calls - Client onboarding and client account set-up - live on zoom calls (in English).- Creating and following our SOPs (standard operating procedures) for client onboarding, customer support queries and trouble-shooting customer issues- Getting on zoom calls with clients for their onboarding, tech support calls and to help them set up and manage their GHL SaaS account under our agency- Monitoring, managing and responding to customer support tickets and responding to support tickets as fast as possible- Running daily group training calls to demo features and show our users how to use their GHL accounts (as our agency) - Trouble-shooting and fixing client challenges and needs by doing it for them through the agency access; or creating Loom videos to show them how to do something; or in instant chat; or by getting on zoom calls with clients to help them reach a solution.

This is a customer-facing role, so it is also essential that you:

- You will need to have a friendly, kind, warm, helpful, very patient and solution-focussed character,

- You need to LOVE problem-solving and helping people with tech,

- You will need to be patient and kind to our customers who are afraid of technology and really need your support and expertise to get their businesses running,

- Are FLUENT in English at an expert level both spoken and written.

- You know GHL GoHighLevel at an EXPERT level - preferably be certified in GHL and absolute LOVE tech and passionately showing, teaching and supporting our clients in making magic happen with Tekmatix.

- You must have reliable internet, generator to cover power-outs, must have a fast computer/laptop, high-quality webcam and microphone in a quiet workspace for doing zoom calls with clients (you will use our company zoom account for calls).

This is a permanent, long-term position, and we need somebody who can stick to the shift times exactly every day to ensure that we have 24 hour service for our clients.

You’ll Need To Have:

➡️Minimum 1+ years of experience using GHL / HighLevel

➡️Hands-on experience with platforms like ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Thinkific, and others as many of our clients come from these platforms

➡️Ideally be GHL Certified (although not essential)

➡️Confidence with running calls, group training sessions and handling customer tech support

➡️Reliable internet and absolute commitment to attend all booked client calls

Requirements:

➡️Casual contract paid on an hourly rate

➡️Flexible, part-time or fulltime hours depending on client call bookings

➡️All staff use our ‘TimeDoctor’ time tracker.

➡️Fully remote, and can be done from any timezone, but must have consistent availability to cover call booking slots that you have agreed to

Bonus Points If You:

➡️Have worked for or with GHL directly, a GHL white-label platform or GHL support agency

➡️Are familiar with Tekmatix (even better if you’re already a user)

➡️Have experience training, coaching or onboarding business owners to tech
