What is NOT Inlcuded in Our Collaboration Offer:

Other than the very obvious benefits, this major (yet simple) addition to your membership package will:

  • Emails beyond 5,000 per month - You get up to 5,000 automated emails included in your offer per month. Any more than this will be billed at $10 USD per 10,000 emails.

  • SMS messages / Mobile Text Messages - You can choose to send SMS notifications to your members too if you wish, and we can assist in setting this up for you. However, you will be required to purchase your own phone number and pay for any SMS messages at a price of $10 USD per 500 single messages.

  • CRM Set-up beyond our standard set-up service - You get a FREE 60min CRM set-up call and set-up service that matches the standard onboarding offered in our onboarding service. This includes connecting your domain(s) to TekMatix, connecting and syncing your emails, connecting and syncing your calendars, connecting your social media accounts to use the social media scheduler and pull in your social media messenger inboxes into the client records, connecting your payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal) and setting up your staff profiles/log ins. We will also help you import your contacts database and segment your lists for you free of charge.

  • Any other services not listed above - Our free support services will only apply to the education portal and help in uploading your resources.  General support is free, 24 hours a day, but any other done-for-you services not listed above such as building web pages, funnels, forms etc would be a chargeable fee, usually at a price of $50 per hour (which we again can negotiate further exposure opportunity for as an exchange as these extra needs come up).
