Important notes
Sales funnel not included. This service does not include the three-step funnel that we strongly recommend for describing and selling your membership in the first place. If you'd like to add a three-step funnel, let us know after you've started your payment plan for the Membership Set-Up Service and we can add it on for you. Your content is yours to create. You're responsible for creating all of your own content, training materials and resources. Tekmatix lets you host unlimited content. We'll create the placeholders for you inside your member portal, ready for your membership content to be uploaded, but we won't upload that content on your behalf. You'll be given guidance and training resources showing you how to upload your content and resources into the placeholders provided.

Before you get started
Do I need my membership content ready before I buy?
No. We set up the placeholders in your member portal, and you load your content whenever it suits you. You'll get guidance and training resources showing you how.
Will you upload my content for me?
No. Creating and uploading your content is your part of the process. We build everything around it so it's ready to receive your content the moment you are.
Do my members need to download an app from the app store?
No. Your members get a Progressive Web App (PWA), so they can access your membership on their phone without going through an app store.
Is the sales page or funnel for my membership included?
No. The three-step funnel to describe and sell your membership isn't part of this package. Let us know after you've started your payment plan and we can add it on, or take a look at our Sales Funnel System service.
What happens after I buy?
You'll complete a short onboarding form telling us about your membership, branding and goals. Our team then builds, brands and tests everything inside your Tekmatix account.
What if a member cancels?
Your cancellation workflow sends professional offboarding emails automatically, so your brand stays polished even when someone leaves.
