What happens on the call

A clear plan for your project.

Your project manager will already have your quote request in front of them, so you won't need to start from scratch.

Together you'll go through what you want built or moved, any must-haves for how your business runs, and what the best approach looks like. You'll come away knowing what's involved and what happens next.

If you'd like to go ahead after the call, we'll send you an invoice for an initial deposit and your project begins. Your service agreement will set out the expected timeline, and we always aim to have even large projects completed within 2 weeks, within reason.

Handy to have ready

• The tools you use now. Which platforms your website, emails, courses, bookings and contacts currently live in.
• A rough idea of size. Roughly how many contacts, pages, courses or automations you have, if you're moving across.
• Your key dates. Any launches, events or contract end dates we should plan around.
• Your questions. Anything you'd like to know about the process, the platform or how we work.
